Conor Matthews (they) is a Los Angeles based Reality / Unscripted TV Producer. From development, casting, production, story, to post/edit, Conor has contributed to every stage of television storytelling.

Their work in documentary storytelling started with contributions to CNN’s The Hunting Ground and Netflix’s The Bleeding Edge under the direction of Kirby Dick and Amy Ziering. Joining reality juggernaut, Bunim-Murray Productions, Conor worked on the story teams of the genre-creating MTV’s The Real World franchise on The Real World: Atlanta and The Real World Homecoming reunions (New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans). Other TV docu-series credits include The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Bling Empire: New York, Coming Out Colton, Surviving R. Kelly, Life of Kylie, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Total Bellas, and Miz & Mrs. Past digital docu-series include Snapchat’s Endless Summer and Facebook Watch’s House of Creators.

A true creator, Conor has developed and partnered on projects with the production teams at Bunim Murray, 5x Media, Monami, and Jeff Jenkins Productions.

Conor holds a degree in Television, Radio, Film from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
